Fleur Brownie

Reiki and Massage Practitioner

Fairlight Offices

Fleur is a reiki and massage practitioner. With over 20 years experience in the health and wellness industry, Fleur has worked in New Zealand, London, and Australia as a personal trainer. It was a natural progression to merge holistic therapies with training to balance her clients, mind, body, and spirit 6 years ago.

Reiki is an ancient form of Japanese healing. It’s a type of alternative medicine. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing, or hands on healing, through which a ‘universal energy’ is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.

Reiki re-balances the chakra system which lets energy flow more freely throughout the body. You will feel a deep sense of relaxation, which can help with sleep, anxiety, and can re-calibrate your nervous system.

Fleur also offers a relaxing aromatherapy massage which can be combined with reiki, or just on its own depending on your needs. Her therapy space is a place where you can enjoy a blissful, calming experience.
